Been looking forward to Summer break for a while! The sun, heat, bikes, music, fireworks, cookouts, trails, the vast nature of woods, caves, rivers, lakes...etc. to rock out in with family and friends... Honestly, who DOESN'T look forward to summers???
But it came a little earlier with an unexpected surprise, conviniently(?) giving me a little time to update you all:
夏って最高っすよね～？暖かい日差しを思いっきり浴びながら・・・自転車に乗ったり、ライブを聞きに行ったり、花火大会を見に行ったり、ハイキング、BBQ、水泳をしたり、囲まれている素晴らしい自然（林や森、洞窟、山、谷、川、湖、などなど）をチャンレンジしたり・・・っととにかく色々とメ～ッチャ楽しみにしています！
でも、ちょっと変わったビックリイベントがもとに早くも夏休み（？）に突入してしまったので、早速の近況をお知らせしますわ：
Day 1
(June 12th - Thursday) ⇒ After a couple hits of chest pain/ shortness of breath/ coughing at work, I ran to an Urgent Care Unit, where the wide-eyed peeps quickly found me a ticket for an ambulance ride tagged with a straight access admission into the RMH (Riverside Methodist Hospital) ER unit...
So the big dealio: Spontaneous Pneumothorax (Cause ⇒ Unknown...)
Yeah, so what that basically means is that a random hole(s?) errupted in my right lung where it caused my lung to collapse under the interior air pressure (I think...). The docs found me at 50% right lung capacity and... yeah, and it sure made breathing a whole heck-a-harder...
（6月12日－木曜日） ⇒ 仕事中に何度か息苦しさと胸の痛みを覚え、謎の深い咳が出始めた為、早速近辺のクリニックに仕事場から直行。そこで、「肺に問題があるからコロンバス市の大病院に行って手術をする必要があるよ（え"～～？！）」って言われ、救急車に運ばれてRiverside Methodist Hospital（リバーサイド・メソジスト病院）の救急治療部に運ばれ・・・
何？何？何～？・・・って聞くと「起因不明の気胸です」、っと医者から宣告。
ま、簡単に言い換えると、何らかの理由で肺に穴が数箇所開いてしまい、そこから体の内部に空気がもれこんだ為、その空気圧の関係で肺が潰れてしまっている状態・・・との事らしいです。最初のレントゲンでは何と右の肺が５０パ～やられている（大きさが半分まで潰れている）状態で・・・どおりで変に息苦しくって胸が痛かった訳が分かりました！
Day 2
(June 13th - Friday@ 1:00AM) ⇒ Bored & sleepy. Waiting for X-Ray results and the call for surgery...
（6月13日－金曜日＠朝の1時） ⇒ レントゲンの結果と手術をするか、しないかの指示を待機中にあまりにも退屈＆眠くて・・・
Day 9
(June 21st - Saturday) ⇒ Over a week now with two drain hoses, vacuum pumps, sexy green gown, nerdishly high-tech O2 probe on the finger, messy bed, and the shag invasion...
（6月21日－土曜日） ⇒ 入院１週間後：手術後、真空ドレーンを二つに、ハイテク酸素センサーを指に付け、お茶目なグリーンガウンを着ながら、ちょいっとゴチャゴチャなベッドの横でポーズ。ヒゲぼさぼさ～の大鍔君。
Been doing ok since day 1, hanging on to our Lord... but there's been some hard and painful hits at times... Needless to say, I'd greatly appreciate your prayers!!
まっ、初日から色んな所を通されてきています。もちろんかなり痛く、辛いときはありますが、いつも神様が一歩一歩の中にいて下さっている事を信じつつ・・・。皆さんのお祈りの中にも覚えてくだされば感謝です！
